Discovery & Role Definition – We start by understanding your business, risk profile, and how legal is structured today: whether this role is your first in-house hire or an addition to a mature team, what practice areas matter most (commercial, IP, regulatory, employment, etc.), which jurisdictions and bar admissions are required, who this role will support (C-suite, business units, product, HR, etc.), and what success looks like in the first 6–18 months.
  2.
